What is GDPR?

GDPR is regulation that is mandated by the EU that protects the privacy of every EU citizen. The idea behind is that companies have consent to collect data from their customers and that they do not save data they do not need.

Who is responsible for GDPR within Hike

To project mananger is the final responsible for GDPR. If there is no project manager the PMO is responsible.

How do we deal with GDPR?

For each research we do we have multiple decisions to make. Instead of writing them all down we created a Miro flow chart which you can use to set up a GDPR compliant usability test. If you want to a different kind of research contact your local GDPR guru.
