Process

The team answers three main questions:

• What did I do yesterday in order to meet sprint goal?
• What will I do today in order to meet sprint goal?
• Are there any impediments which endanger the sprint goal?

Meanwhile, the Scrum Master:

• Ensures the meeting is held.
• Makes sure that outsiders don't participate.
• Helps the team keep the meeting within 15 minutes.

Rules

• Same time and place each day.
• Whole team is present.
• Output is adjusted adapted sprint backlog.

Pro tips

• Make sure the board is visible during the meeting
• Team members are responsible for providing their tickets with the correct status.
